34-year old Brandon Bess, husband and father of 2 and 8 yr old boys was injured on his job painting water towers when fell approx 40 feet  and employer has no workman's comp insurance. Severe brain injury, multiple broken bones in head and face, broken ribs, collapsed lung and pelvic bone 3 breaks.He is primary supporter of family and wife had to quit her job to stay with him in hospital where she is staying night and day. Many surgeries, blood transfusions, has tracheaotomy, pneumonia, feeding tube now in stomach. No income. In Louisville, KY, and no help available that we have found so far.
