On August 28, 2025 at 2pm, tragedy struck when a fire completely destroyed the home of our dear friend, Annette. In a matter of moments, everything they owned was gone. She lived in the home with her children, and together they lost everything. Every memory, every belonging, every comfort of home.

All they have left are the clothes on their backs. Imagine waking up one day with nothing familiar to hold onto, nowhere to return to, and no sense of stability. That is the reality they are facing right now.

Anyone who knows Annette knows how strong, kind, and giving she is. She has always been the type to show up for others, and now it’s our turn to show up for her. She and her family are starting completely from scratch—needing the basics such as clothing, shoes, toiletries, food, and eventually help finding a new place to live.

We are asking for donations, no matter how big or small, to help Annette and her family get back on their feet. Every contribution will go directly to helping them rebuild their lives and find some stability in the middle of this unimaginable loss.
