- My name is Hector, I work in a school as a janitor for 3 years now. I've been saving up for a small apartment and really try to make it by myself. I moved here from Puerto Rico with my now ex wife, got divorced and have been trying to keep up with my bills by my self. I'm trying to stay where I live because of my parents, they live 2 minutes from where I live. I want to live close to them and take care of them.
- I'm asking for enough for a down payment and closing costs to get a 1-bedroom apartment, stop moving so much and start a family of my own.
- Since I've been 18, I've been moving all over the US and Puerto Rico and now that I'm 38, I just want to settle down.
- I would be grateful for the help and to be real, it's hard for me to accept help from strangers.
