Aaron is the son of Brian and Mary Lou Serbus. He has lived in New Ulm his entire life and is a 2009 graduate of New Ulm High School. Aaron graduated from college with an Ag degree. Aaron's dream has always been to farm and therefore; has worked for various farmers. He also enjoys spending time with his friends, hunting, ice fishing, and just hanging out. Once you meet Aaron, you will never forget his contigous positive attiude, his big smile and wonderful wit!
On May 3rd, 2015, Aaron and his friends were together for dinner and later in the evening he was involved in a motorcyle accident which paralyzed him from the chest down. Aaron spent many days at North Memorial Hospital. During his time there, he made many more friends and impacted everyone he met.
The purpose of this fundraising account is to raise enough money to help Aaron pay for a Trackstander wheelchair. A Trackstander is an all-terrain wheelchair which will help Aaron maneuver in the outdoor elements, allowing him to enjoy some of his favorite hobbies again.
This account is organized by his friends and people who want to see Aaron once again gain the independance to do all the things he loves!
