Karen's Recovery Fund

Karen Erinfolami is among the most charitable people in Columbia, SC. She's known for her annual Thanksgiving dinner that she prepares without charge for first responders and families in need. Karen and her husband John are self-employed and operate a business named Karen's Mobile Kitchen & Catering. Thanksgiving 2020 would have been their 5th year of their charitable meal for first responders. However, Karen was stricken with COVID in the week before Thanksgiving. She spent most of this past month in ICU on a ventilator and had to be resuscitated twice. Her medical costs are mounting and their business has been on hold as she's been fighting to survive. Karen and John need your prayers and if you're able to make any contribution to help them get through these difficult times it would mean the world to them.
