Support Valerie’s Fight Against Cancer
Donation protected
On Thanksgiving Day, Valerie went to the ER for a killer migraine only to be rushed to Lutheran Hospital to the Neuro ICU for what they thought was a golf ball-sized tumor and would need emergency brain surgery. That Saturday, she had brain surgery in which the tumor ended up being the size of a baseball. They were able to remove 99% of the tumor, but unfortunately, it was aggressive cancer originating from melanoma. Valerie will soon begin aggressive immunotherapy to attack all remaining cancer cells in her body.
With that being said, she had an extensive hospital stay, major surgery, and is seeing numerous specialists which will come with extensive medical bills. Valerie has always helped those in need and went above and beyond for those she loves. In this trying time, we are hoping to relieve as much financial burden to her, her husband, Alfredo, and their three children as possible so that she can focus on healing and fighting her battle against cancer. We appreciate all the positive thoughts, prayers, and support.
