Hello, my name is Alicia Nicole. I live in Central Florida and I am raising money for my parents and to help my family build back their homes after the devastation of Hurricane Melissa.

My parents, live in the parish of Hanover, Jamaica, by Bulls Bay Beach, which was directly impacted by the hurricane. Hanover has no electricity, no WiFi/internet, and no phone service. Only a few places have Starlink, which has proved to be the only way people have been able to try to reach out and communicate with their loved ones.

Right now, cash is king since ATMs and Point of Sale machines aren't working.

My parents and my aunt, along with others in the community, have extensive roof damage. I am trying to help raise funds to not only help my family replace the roof along with the other damages, but I also want to help others. So, I am asking if you find it in your heart to help my family rebuild our homes after Hurricane Melissa, please consider donating. It will take a long time to help Jamaica rebuild, and I will not only help my family but help as many as I can along the way, starting in our little parish of Hanover.
