With a heavy heart, my family has experienced another unexpected loss that no mother should ever have to experience. My son Jermaine Trevillion was tragically shot on September 4, 2025. Every prayer warrior I know and didn’t know was fervently praying for my son‘s complete recovery. However, on September 8, 2025 we receive the unimaginable news that Jermaine was brain dead from his injuries. Jermaine leaves behind four children. He had so much life ahead of him with big dreams, even with the daily struggles he dealt with from losing his younger brother Ray Ray in 2023. Jermaine loved his family with all his heart. He loved hanging out with his brothers, cousins and friends. You could always find him laughing, joking, cooking up a storm and always eating. Growing up he was a quiet soul, but ever presence. Everyone that knew him loved him. The beauty in this tragedy, Jermaine was an organ donor. In death, he has given life to several people in need. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. I am totally devastated and humbly asking for any monetary support you can provide to assist in funeral expenses for our beloved Jermaine. Please continue to keep me and my family in your prayers.
