Oakley’s Surgery
As most older dogs do, Oakley has accumulated some benign lipomas on her body of the last couple years. They are fatty tumors that are typically harmless but she has one underneath her chin. If it gets much larger it can start to cause issues and be difficult to heal completely. I had the surgery scheduled for the end of the month but had to cancel because of the car wreck she and I were in last week. The tumor keeps getting larger and the surgery simply cannot wait much longer. Asking for help is not something I enjoy doing especially with money but the pet insurance I have for Oakley won’t cover the surgery because it is a pre-existing condition.
Oakley means more to me than life itself and she is such a blessing to so many other people. Any amount is helpful. Thanks in advance.
