Dear Friends & Family,

To know her is to love her! We have had the honor of knowing and loving Molly for over 30 years. We became friends with her at Iowa State University at the Delta Zeta house. She is always the friend that stands by you and helps you through anything. Now we need to do the same for her. If you know Molly you know that she has faced some of the hardest challenges in life with incredible strength. Eleven years ago she lost her husband Mannie to a brain tumor. Since then she has been raising their two amazing children Aiden and Addison as a single mom, all while working full time, and recently earning her MBA. She planned and took a fabulous vacation with her sister and kiddos to celebrate their MBA's and recent promotions. When she came back from vacation she received the devastating news that she had stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. She has already had surgery, 6 grueling rounds of chemotherapy and radiation. After ringing that bell at what she thought was going to be her final chemotherapy treatment she got more bad news. She is going to need 14 more chemotherapy treatments to fight this pesky cancer! One more full year of chemotherapy followed by more surgery. Through all of this her kiddos have been absolute champs! They have been doing all the cooking, cleaning, yard work, laundry, and taking care of their mamma while she has been very ill from the treatments.

We are starting this GoFundMe campaign to help reduce some of the financial stress on Molly and the kids, and to get them some help with the daily chores of running the household. So that the kids can go back to being kids and Molly can focus on healing, recovery, and kicking cancer's butt!!
