Please help my disabled son Matt

I never thought I would be doing this but desperate times call for using all my resources. My son, Matt, got sick about a year ago. He was experiencing horrible spasms in both legs that caused him tremendous pain. We spent the first 5 months going from doctor to doctor and finally got an answer...Lyme disease. Matt used to work full time at a very physically demanding job and then would walk 5 miles every day, just because. He now must use a walker or a wheelchair to get anywhere. He literally cannot walk 2 steps without one of the two. He is currently taking 23 pills every day to try and get better. There has been minimal progress.

He has tried to get disability however the process has taken 6 months thus far and we have no confirmation that he will get anything. We have exhausted our savings, checking and 401K so he will not be able to pay rent for October and maybe beyond. I am hoping to get this money to at least get him through a month or two until hopefully the disability will happen. Anything anyone can do is helpful. Prayers are also asked for as God can do wonderful things as well.
