A situation I didn’t see coming... I took a leap and lost everything. Moved from the city where I had a few connections, had built a small business of my own through couponing and reselling, able to do other side jobs and help others when I could. Transportation was easier due to being in city limits. My ex of 10 years found work back home, so we jumped at it. Knowing I’d be leaving everything and any resources I had behind, some no longer an option once I left. Unfortunately, shortly after getting here, he decided he didn’t want to stay together and now wants me out. I have nowhere to go and no friends or family. I lost my vehicle in an accident back in 2020. So I am trying whatever I can to find work. Miles from town, walking isn’t ideal. Having a computer would open up avenues for remote work and other side hustles. I am safe for now, but I don’t know how long that will last; tension gets high, so I need to go.
