Matt, Cynthia, and Baby Paisley
Donation protected
First of all I thank you for taking interest in this long journey ahead for Matt, Cynthia, and Baby Paisley. As Cynthia's sister it is my lifelong duty to take care of her and protect her in whatever way I can--and that is exactly what i intend to do. With that said, this is their story.
Cynthia was 26 weeks 5 days pregnant with a baby girl when she began profusely bleeding. She was rushed to the emergency room where they discovered she was in preterm labor with the baby weighing a mere 1 pound 12 ounces. She was borderline delivery the first two days, but has stabilized now. She will be bed stricken in the hospital until she has the baby. The goal is to stay pregnant for 8 more weeks--I am unsure of the likliness of this happening. Matt is by her side taking care of her to the best of his ability, however he will have to return to work in some capacity. The hospital bills will be mounting so him working is crucial.
That puts Cynthia in a hospital bed for 8 weeks (I hope). She is only allowed to get up to use the restroom. This is where I ask for your help. I am looking for any sort of good faith gesture wether it be a monetary donation, a care package with books or magazines you have already read, healthy snacks, gas cards, a friendly message of confidence, adding them to your prayer lists, visiting her at the hospital, or even perhaps sharing your similar birth story with them. Monetary donations will be used for medical bills for Cynthia and Baby Paisley, along with travel expenses for Matt to be by their side. Any of these contributions would be so generous and greatly appreciated.
I will be traveling to Peoria, IL from Chicago, IL as often as possible and can bring any items to her if one wishes. She is at OSF Hospital for the forsee able future if anyone would like to visit. If you care for more information, feel free to contact me.
Thank you again for reading and taking interest in Matt, Cynthia, and Baby Paisley. Your kindness is valued so much more than you know.
