Last weekend, our oldest boy (my stepson) had a terrible accident at his grandparents' rental in Ogdensburg.

He was taken by helicopter to Syracuse’s Golisano Children’s Hospital to have life-saving surgery on his colon and bladder. It’s going to be a long road for him, but we are so happy it wasn’t any worse. It was amazing to finally be able to see him smile!

Between hospital bills, surgeries, post-op care, and ongoing treatments, the costs are quickly adding up. We got our first bill today!!
