We are two high schoolers at Naperville North working on a project to help work towards making medicine more accessible and affordable for Americans. According to the ASPE, it was recorded that the price across all US drugs was almost 2.78 times the price in other countries. Because of this, millions of Americans are unable to take their prescribed medication in full due to the financial burden. We currently plan to donate all proceeds from this fundraiser, along with the profits from our bake sales, to a nonprofit organization that redistributes unused medicine to those in need.
