WZA 2025

We have qualified in the elite female division for Wodapalooza on Miami Beach at the end of January 2025

Although this is a great opportunity for us it also comes at a great expense.

We are so very lucky to have a huge helping hand from the guys at UFit, Cardiff's biggest and best gym, however, there are some extra expenses that we need some help with covering.

We have decided to create a fundraiser in the form of a prize draw.
