Help Introduce At Risk Kids to the Fun and Benefits of Rock Climbing

We're raising money to support the American Alpine Club – Triangle Chapter's New Heights Climbing Program for at risk kids and to send these great young climbers to a week of climbing camp this summer.

New Heights is a volunteer program led by the Triangle Chapter of the American Alpine Club in partnership with the A E Finley YMCA, the Cary YMCA, and the Triangle Rock Club. The program provides to low-income, largely minority children in the Raleigh, NC community the opportunity to participate in indoor rock climbing on a regular basis.

Funding is needed to enable each of the children to attend a one week climbing camp at the Triangle Rock Club. The Triangle Rock Club is making a generous donation of three scholarships. We need to build off that base and ensure all of our great climbing kids attend camp this summer.
