Spende geschützt

Our Jake was born with a congenital bone disease known as Femoral Proximal Focal Deficiency / Congenital short femur. This has resulted in multiple deformities which affect his limb length; knee, hip, ankle, ligaments and cartilage on the right side of his body.
In 2008 we had two choices: Amputate his leg or fix our Jake. We choose the difficult road in fixing Jake. To date, we have had multiple surgeries with our doctor in FL and things are going well and the technology has gotten infinitely better in the last 13 years. So far, Jake has responded VERY WELL to this medical intervention.
In June, 2021 we move to the next chapter with Jake's next leg lengthening. This will be an internal lengthening and we are hoping to get 5CM during this process. It will require a relocation of the entire family to Florida while Jake is in the care of Dr. Dror Paely.
We have to temporally relocate our family, rent a modest place in Florida this summer, and pay for the surgical care and rehabilitation which is proving quite costly. Our goal here is to raise enough donations to be able to help augment some of our costs. Any donations for Jake will go directly to his care and rehabilitation. We have (3) Physical Sessions per day for 6 months; surgical care costs - medically billed exceeding 1 Million dollars (our max out of pocket is $8,000) ; housing costs of $9,000, and relocation fees (driving / flying) etc (unknown).
If there is anyone that has the means of helping us by sponsoring Jake, I would respectfully ask you to please help out. All and any donations will go directly to Jake. If you would prefer to send a check please contact me at [E-Mail ausgeblendet]. On behalf of Jake and our entire family, thank you so much for your consideration. Any donation is one step closer to our goal of having Jake have both legs even and on the ground.
Thank you.
