**Disclaimer, Meredith will probably be livid I'm doing this. If you've ever met my sister, you'll know she is the epitome of a strong, independent woman, who doesn't like to ask for help. That's why I'm asking for her.
Meredith has poured her heart and soul into creating a welcoming business to both clients, livestock, and horses. If you've never met her, you can trust me when I say, she's been horse crazy as long as I can remember.
She poured her passion and love of all animals (especially horses) into a career for herself, and has truly made her dreams into a reality.
Coming from the suburbs of Ohio, you never would've guessed she'd be one of the greatest horse trainers, but she has proven to all, that she is a true horse whisperer. Meredith trains with love and compassion, and decided to share her knowledge with others with boarding, lessons, training, and more.
On the morning of December 13th, 2025, a fire broke out. Due to the low temperatures of the West, the pipes were frozen, and they could only try and tame the flames with the reserve in the truck while the rest burned to the ground.
The loss has been overwhelming, both emotionally and financially, as she faces the challenge of rebuilding. All of her tack (horse equipment), her clients tack, lesson equipment, and memorabilia from her show days with her beloved horse Toby, all perished. Luckily no people or horses were injured.
The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward replacing the clients’ tack that was lost in the fire, purchasing new lesson materials, and helping to rebuild so she can continue doing what she loves. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a real difference in helping her get back on her feet and restore her business for the community she serves.
I know the holidays are tight already for many, any support you can offer during this difficult time would mean so much.
Thank you for considering a donation or sharing this fundraiser on social media. Your kindness and generosity will help my sister rebuild and move forward after this tragedy. Meredith, the Heart Mountain Equestrian Center and the Wyoming Horsemanship Academy will rise from the ashes and we can't thank you enough for your support.
If you have any questions, or prefer to donate another way, please feel free to reach out to me (Karen, her sister) directly.
Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays.
