Wynston's Fight With Cancer

On January second, our worlds were turned upside down when we learned Wynston was diagnosed with cancer. Andy and Katie’s sweet, feisty, kind two-year-old son is now fighting the battle of his life. Pediatric cancer is a devastating diagnosis that no family should ever have to navigate. Through his countless procedures and invasive testing, Wynston has shown us all a level of bravery we didn’t know existed. Wynston has now started chemotherapy at the University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital and has a long fight ahead of him. The Kaufmanns are a beautiful family of 5 with their youngest daughter being born just six months ago.
