HI there. This is Karen Stolee, Wynne's mother. After what has already been a tremendously difficult year, Wynne, her partner Zach and little Schnauzer Pepper lost their home and all possessions yesterday when a fire in the restaurant below their apartment spread from the vents to between the floors and walls. What wasn't ruined by thick, oily, toxic smoke was destroyed in the efforts to fight the fire. They had just moved in three weeks prior, and had not yet established Renters Insurance :(

Wynne has worked so hard to make this new apartment the perfect home and is absolutely devastated to have lost everything. Current estimates don't have Wynne, Zach, and Pepper able to return to the unit for months while repairs happen. There's a long road ahead and we're hoping for a little support to ease the burden!
