Support Wyndy's Battle Against Stage4 Colon Cancer

We humbly ask for your prayers, positive healing thoughts and support for Wyndy & her family as she embarks on a fight against stage 4 colon cancer.

What began as a cautionary check-up abruptly turned into a nightmare Thursday, August 24th. After continuous efforts and advocating for her health, she scheduled a colonoscopy following symptoms that did not clear after a prescription. Although frequently told this was probably not concerning considering her age, she knew something was wrong and stayed persistent. The procedure showed a large mass & fearfully she completed a CT scan to determine if the cancer has spread. The doctor explained we are facing metastatic colorectal cancer - advanced cancer that has spread to other areas outside the colon. The liver has also been attacked.

Wyndy will be completing surgery to remove the large mass in her colon. Following this surgery she will then see oncology & many physicians to determine the plan for her liver. Chemotherapy, surgeries, possible out of network care & medical supplies are necessary for her future.

There is hope and optimism in this battle - Wyndy is prepared to give everything she has to beat this and survive. Resilience - to face the unknown, burdens & pain. We want to help alleviate some of the stress and pressure around the impending financial struggle they will face to allow her strength to recover & FIGHT!

This fundraising effort is to help offset the medical expenses and hospital bills. Chris & Wyndy will need uncharted time off work. There is still many unknown medical costs to come with chemotherapy and further treatment.
