Visitation is 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Memorial service is 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Private inurnment is at a later date.

"To honor an amazing man there will be a celebration of Wylie's life at the I-80 Lounge in Underwood. It will be starting at 4 after the service on Monday. Through Wylie's gift of Organ Donation, he has helped save 5 lives. Wylie will be forever irreplaceable...knowing that a part of him lives on 5-times over is incredible.

Please know that we have no difinitive "goal" with this fundraising.  We are SO grateful for your generous hearts, and we want to raise whatever we can to help support Erin and the boys.  Every penny is appreciated and there will never be enough words to thank you all.

On Monday, September 12th, 2016 Wylie Ragland was at his work and began to have a seizure that medical staff is determining to have been a brain aneurysm.  After being admitted into the ICU for care and observation, his condition worsened through the early hours of the morning and a secondary brain bleed was found via CT scan.   

Sadly, around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon the family was informed that there was no longer blood flow to Wylie's brain and that he would not survive.

As we all know, Wylie has always been such a caring and giving person, and even during this difficult time, he still continues to give through Organ Donation.  Through Wylie's Organ Donation, he will help save 7 lives.  He will remain on life support until the recipients are arranged.

At this time, it is encouraged to give Wylie's wife Erin, their sons, and family the privacy they need to grieve and process what life looks like in this moment.

We know that the road ahead is unbearably long and unpredictable for Erin and the boys.  So many incredible people from their lives have reached out asking to help in any way.  With so many unknowns on the way, we know the financial support will always be welcomed to help with future expenses that may come from this unfortunate disaster and outcome...in addition to giving Erin and the boys any extra support they need.

We ask that you keep Wylie, Erin, and the boys in your prayers and best thoughts as they tread through the days ahead.  Any photos and stories that can be shared of this incredible man would be greatly appreciated and treasured indefinitely.  Feel free to share them here.

We will give updates as we can and as the family wishes.
