Anyone in the mood for a Shy Girl Summer? This August, Wyld Woman: The Legend of Shy Girl will be taking part in the ultimate legend celebration, The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. We are so excited to spend a month performing (and making friends) at the iconic Assembly.
A little bit about the show: It’s intimate. It’s immersive. It follows a painfully Shy Girl’s ambitious attempt to open up - emotionally, spiritually, even physically - in order to expand her social life beyond the realm of her imaginary friends and find some sense of real human connection.
Shyness aside, we can’t do it alone. Bringing a show to the Fringe Festival is quite expensive, so we are raising money for travel, lodging, and general production costs. We are so grateful for anything – truly no amount is too little.
- For all donations: your name will be listed on our forthcoming website’s Legend List™.
- For all donations over $20: you will receive a ticket to our Welcome Back show in NYC in the Fall (some new Scottish dialect work is guaranteed to be woven in) (+ all of the above).
- For all donations over $50: you will receive a handwritten thank you note from a character of your choice (+ all of the above).
- For all donations over $100: you will receive a love letter (postcard) from Scotland in August (+ all of the above).
- For all donations over $300: you will receive our Wyld Woman Edinburgh exclusive merch (+ all of the above).
