Hi,
My name is Jodie and I am the daughter of Greg & Marcie Busch. I have two siblings Robert & Christine.
We are all born and raised in New Jersey. Mom & Dad moved to Florida back in 2003.
My parents have had a tough couple of years trying to make ends meet. They both have had it rough after my father had a stroke and lost his full-time job a few years ago. My mother works part-time and my father works several part-time jobs to pay the bills.
On July 2nd, 2015 our family received some devistating news. My beautiful young mother was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. Mom's doctor told her the tumor in her colon was the size of an apple. Our hearts fell. I could not imagine what she was personally going through. My father was beside himself.
August 13th she began her journey with, one of the best cancer hospitals in the country, the Moffitt Cancer Center. My mom had gone through the gamut of doctors appointments, screanings, CT scans, PET scans, Xrays, pre-op Radiation and Chemotherapy over the past 6 months.
Yesterday, January 15th, was her surgery to remove the tumor. The surgery went well and mom is in recovery as I write this.
Please help us raise money to cover her medical bills and monthly insurance payments. The bills are piling up and they are slowly drowning in dept from this horrible disease. Anything you could donate would be a blessing to them.
