Support a Family Facing Sudden Eviction

The Story of the Gfeller family:

Our landlord has decided to sell the house we currently live in and has given us only about a months notice to completely uproot our lives and find somewhere else to live. We have to be fully moved out by April 30, 2025.

We’re a household of five - myself and my significant other, my brother, my mom, my disabled grandfather whom suffers from dementia, as well as 2 dogs and a cat.

We were looking to be first-time home buyers but the down payment is around $10K and even after a loan, we only have around $2K towards it. We’re looking into other loans currently, but it’ll be upwards of 4 years to pay it off and that’s just not something we can afford on top of this situation.

We have nowhere to go after the month is over and I’m reaching out for help. I don’t want my family to be without a home.
