For anyone who knows my sister, Heather Kolling, knows she is a selfless, loving, and passionate person. Something that I am sure everyone can agree on, is that she never asks anyone, for anything. From as far back as I could remember, Heather has put everyone before herself. She has sheltered people who have needed it, has given every last dime in her pocket to help a friend, and has went out of her weay to ensure happiness not only for the people closest to her, but to everyone she could. On July 15th my sister was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. As devastating as this has been for our family, Heather has always been able to find the silver lining, and make light of such a terrible situation. She has just finished chemotherapy, and is scheduled for surgery to have both breasts removed, and some of her lymph nodes. Being the backbone to not only this family, but to myself, it kills us to see her going through such a tough time. Unfortunetly, hospital bills are piling up, and as much as she contributes, she is falling behind. What I am doing is not asking for your money...I am asking for you to think about a time my sissy, Heather, has touched your life. Think about the times my sister has been more than just a dollar in your pocket. Think about the times my sister reached out and touched your heart. For all of my facebook friends, I know you have had some type of contact with Heather, and for anyone that shares this, please read her story, understand that she, even through all of this, still puts people before herself. I hope that if everyone that reads this, donates $1, it will mean the world to not only me, but to my sister. Let's take this fight, and help her through it. Let's fight this fight with Heather and give her one less thing to worry about.
