Another UPDATE
Wyatt is finally coming home. he will be home sometime this week. they took out his last catheter today. i wanted to thank everyone for their kind donations and prayers. We greatly appreciate all of yall.
Wyatt has made it to a local facility for continued care. He was released from NC State vet hospital today with good results. He still has a long road ahead of eye treatments, but everything else is looking good. Thank you all for the continued support. We are looking forward to bringing him home as soon as we can!
UPDATE: The Vet called & informed us Wyatt is healing nicely. Hopefully he can come to a local vet Sunday to continue his vet care since he is now stable. His burns are still being treated, and he has a catheter behind his eye due to an ulcer that formed. His lungs are now clear. The plan is to stop pain medicine & sedation tomorrow to see how he does! We wanted to thank all of you for the kind words & support during this time. He has a long road to go but he’s slowly doing better. We thank all of you and ask for the prayers to keep coming!❤️
Many of you heard about the barn fire yesterday. We lost our barn along with 2 of our babies. But we also had our horse badly burned in the mix of it. We had to send him to Raleigh,NC to get treatment. His eyes and his lungs were damaged
in the process with a couple of burns. He is now getting treatment to help him get better. Anything would help us in the process of trying to help him recover!
