Lost everything

Hi I'm just on trying to see if wee can help this family out in any way as there house burned down on new years day these people are two pensioner which are ill health also there son that lives with them. They have live in this house from there children where born which they have now lost all memories an everything that was in the property so basically all I'm asking is for a little bit of help for these people.
