I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel to Kigali, Rwanda on a mission trip this summer! My heart has been drawn to Africa as long as I can remember, and studying abroad in Cape Town the summer after my freshman year confirmed that calling. It was there that I first fell in love with serving others and my life was forever changed. The Lord has put a mission trip on my heart ever since I left and I have been praying for the perfect opportunity. This May, I am so excited and humbled to have the opportunity to return to Africa again with the church community I have in Alabama!

Africa New Life’s mission is to transform lives and communities through the Gospel and practical support. We will be serving alongside this wonderful ministry in areas such as education, church ministry, and food distribution. I am so expectant for how God will continue to transform lives in Rwanda!!
