HELP FOR MARLENE

I’m starting this go fund me for my dear friend Marlene Cushine who was involved in a tragic accident that occurred in St Elizabeth Jamaica. In an attempt to save the lives of her two youngest children, she ran into the house which was already engulfed in flames, the house exploded, and she unfortunately suffered 3rd degree burns to 90% of her body.  She is in a life-threatening condition and it is uncertain she will make it. By the grace of God her children were able to escape from the house before the explosion, however Marlene was unaware and stayed to find them. 

Marlene is a single mother of 5 and is the sole provider for her household, her youngest children are 4 and 11 and currently displaced.  We are seeking help and support to be able to rebuild their family home to ensure the kids can stay together.The doctors have given Marlene a 1% chance of survival, the love for her children seems to be giving her the spirit to hang on to life as she managed to open her eyes recently, however Jamaica is not very well equipped to deal with burns patients and have admitted running short on medical supplies. 

We are seeking donations to help with medical treatment and to help rebuild their family home. Anything is greatly appreciated; I can’t begin to show the gratitude that the family has for everyone showing support during such a time of tragedy.
