Assistant Director at a non-profit organization, Crystal Castellanos leads a very compassionate, exciting and sometimes stressful life. Assisting with caring for almost 70 rescued canines, she lives and breathes Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary; and like most people, needs time for her to rejuvenate to continue to serve the canines and humans she lives and works for.
This campaign is to help Crystal take her very first solo vacation to Ely, Minnesota where she will visit the International Wolf Center, go for a snow shoe hike in the wilderness and learn how to dog sled with professional mushers.
This learning experience will assist Crystal in learning more about wolves and dogs by being at one of the country’s renowned wolf centers as well as learning how to steer a group of working dogs who pull sleds for a living.
Funds raised will be used for the round trip flight on February 12th to Minneapolis, MN from Albuquerque, NM; transportation to the I.W.C; and a four night stay at a hotel.
