Help us see our dad one last time

My dad was diagnosed with Glioblastoma in 2012. He has fought hard for the last 4 years. Surgeries, radiation and chemo. He had an MRI 3 days ago and it's back, this time one of the two tumors is inoperable and he has been given instructions to prepare for the worst. My dad has 2 kids and 8 grandchildren, a grand daughter he's never met and the rest of us he hasn't seen in 3 years. He lives in Colorado and we all live in California. Financially we can not make the trip, and he can't travel so we are asking for help. Please help us tell our dad goodbye and give his grandchildren a memory of their Grandfather. This disease in almost always terminal, we were hoping he'd be the exception.
