Hello -

This fundraiser if for my little brother James Constantino. You may know him by Tino, James, Jimmy, or Jim. Whatever you know him by, he needs our help.

James was very recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Nasopharynx. James has a large tumor in his neck, pushing on his brainstem which is affecting hearing and speech, as well as pain and a constant headache. Because of the location and size of this tumor, surgery is tricky. Doctors have advised to do chemo and radiation to try to shrink the tumor.

Hopefully this will start this week. James has a long and hard treatment road ahead of him.

James is also a single dad to 5 year old Gracie, who is his whole world.

The goal for this is to help ease the burden of medical bills and help with anything needed for his daughter Gracie.
