Our friend Robert Staiti passed away shortly after completing the Rock-n-Roll Savannah Marathon on Saturday November 7, 2015.  Robert was originally from Brooklyn, NY where he had successfully completed running the New York Marathon twice in the past.  Robert worked at Gulf Stream contracted through Net Planner and lived on Hilton Head Island with the love of his life, Stephanie Michetti-Staiti and their two children.  Robert was 47 years old and leaves behind his wife, Stephanie, a Registered Nurse at Hilton Head Hospital, and two small children, Braden , who is 11 months old, and Brea, who is 3 years old.  He was an avid runner and worked out every day.  His sudden loss is truly a tragedy for his family, friends, and the community.  We are hoping to raise funds through Go Fund Me to help assist his wife and children with financial needs at this difficult time.
