This GoFundMe, this Miracle for Mindy, is part of a greater effort to help our friend and colleague in her greatest hour of need! We will be doing satellite events and will be updating totals from those as well. Join our miracle mission and help Mindy beat her diagnosis of Stage IV Breast Cancer with hope and love! Just earlier this year, in an unbelievable twist of fate, she walked away from a near-fatal pile-up and car crash only to uncover during review of her chest X-rays at the emergency room that she had Stage IV Grade III Breast Cancer that had already begun moving into her lungs. A blow absolutely no one is prepared for.

Mindy has spent her life caring for others—working in senior living, raising two children as a single mom, and now cherishing her five grandchildren. Today, she’s the one who needs our support.

Her insurance covers very little of her treatment, and the costs of chemotherapy, travel, and living expenses are overwhelming. Still, she is determined to fight for more time with her family, and she is not ready to give up or give in. We need your help to keep her treatments going and her heart fully in the fight.

Mindy’s wishes are humble, just like her! She would love to be able to pay off her vehicle for her son and to be able to visit her grandchildren out of state while she can.
