Hello friends, family, and our first responder family my name is Kethia Harder I am a close friend of Clayton (Clay) Yourk and Brooke McInnes, I am asking for donations, as Clay is currently in the ICU, in critical condition. Clay is fighting to regain function from organ failure, currently requiring major support from infusions and ventilatory support. Very recently we have had a set back with Clay’s condition, after trialling some time without using breathing assistance support, resulting in Clay’s heart stopping in hospital; the ICU team were able to manage, and now he is back on a ventilator. Clay will have a long recovery ahead of him, but we are optimistic, as he has had some improvement since being transferred by STARS air ambulance, to Regina General hospital.

 This go-fund-me is being organized to support Clay, Brooke, and their son Bowen, for loss of income, and time needed for recovery for Clay in hospital.  

 We are asking for support from friends, from the large family of first responders in the province, and the public. Clay has dedicated the last 6 years helping people as a Paramedic; he has served in Prince Albert for majority of his career, recently moving to Burgis Beach, working in the Yorkton area since July.  

 Clay has shown his dedication and love for caring for people right up until he was hospitalized. We are hoping for some of that caring, as Clay now needs that support.
