David's Medical Expenses

In Oct 2018, my dad was diagnosed with tongue cancer. In Dec, 2018 he had surgery to remove a tumor on his tongue and cancerous lymph nodes in his neck. Feb, 2019 he started Chemo and Radiation. He has had a rough time of this so far and has been hospitalized twice with severe dehydration. My mom has had to completely quit working to run him to appointments and be there for him. My dad is only getting partial pay while he is off and mom is getting none. Dad is a dedicated employee and always a hard worker and this is taking a toll on them. They travel to and from Joplin 5 days a week for radiation and fluids. He still has 19 radiation treatments to go and another round of chemo. Expenses keep accruing and there is no extra income coming in.  If you have had or know anyone who has had cancer you know insurance does not cover all prescriptions and those add up very quickly. I am starting this fundraiser to try to help them a little with medical expenses, travel expenses and just the day to day expenses. Any help is greatly appreciated as are your thoughts and prayers!
