Hospital iPad Fund

Donation protected
We are so grateful that Chuck is at home with us now, recovering remarkably well, and on the path toward regaining his full health. We are also eternally indebted to the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff who saved his life and helped him heal. During Chuck's stay at Glendale Adventist Hospital both in the ICU and in the step-down unit, though, our family became aware of the hospital's lack of technological capacity to accommodate patients' families during this pandemic. The hospital has 3-4 iPads per 30 patients, making it difficult for patients to see their loved ones over FaceTime or Zoom. We know just how important it is for the families of patients to be involved in the recovery process and see their loved ones, and the only way hospitals can do that right now is with iPads. This fund will be used to purchase iPads for Glendale Adventist Hospital to connect patients to their loved ones during this challenging time. We hope to directly purchase and deliver the iPads that this page funds to the hospital by mid-January. Any additional funds we receive beyond our goal will go towards purchasing small gifts for the doctors and nursing staff at Glendale Adventist Hospital. We thank you so much for being so supportive throughout this process and we love you all beyond words.
