Health costs

I love the question “What’s on your mind?”. Unfortunately I have a lot on my mind! For the last 44 years I have suffered from life threatening Crohns Disease, not usually a fatal Disease, but with me it was different I was 5 and didn’t thrive for 3 years. My large intestine basically didn’t ever work. Many of my doctors are surprised that I live on.  But I’m always one step away from dying and I’m constantly reminded of that when I am admitted to the hospital.  Finally after years of medical mysteries Cleveland Clinic has developed a program called Functional Living. The recent CEO of Cleveland Clinic created a unique intense program that helps to define what in our environment added to peoples’ medical problems. I have been added to this program. So far I have spent hours going over my life and physical environment since birth.  They looked at my 23 diagnoses, 22 medicines and supplements, and dozens of allergies. Unfortunately the programs and tests are out of pocket. Now I am considered one of their sickest patients and have to go to the Clinic every eight weeks and sometimes more.  This has been very expensive and Peter has had to take several days off of work already. I do not take this next request lightly but in order to help me and my sister Shelley who’s body response is similar to mine, I am asking for help through the “go fund-me”app.. I hope someday Cleveland Clinic will have monetary help for those who are not able to live because they are not able to pay but until then I guess fund raising is one way to help find life saving help.  I want to thank everyone who can help and I understand if you can’t.
