WWMCSD, Sen. Collins?
Donation protected
This campaign is closed. Thank you so much for your help! While we didn't get the outcome we wanted, we caused a stir in the community and may have changed some minds about Senator Collins.
Susan Collins isn't listening to phone calls from Mainers, so we're taking out ads in the local paper and delivering them to her office. This ad compares Sen. Collins to her hero, Margaret Chase Smith, and reminds her that a call to conscience is what inspired her to run for office. It asks her to stand up for what she knows is right, and vote NO on Kavanaugh.
We need to raise $1,300 to place a full-page ad in the Lincoln County News, a weekly paper with the largest paid circulation in the county. Our last ad created a big buzz, but now we could use help funding the next one and keeping up the pressure. If we exceed the goal, we will expand the ad to more papers.
