This sweet family is going through an unexpected rough period after the scare of a lifetime this week, involving the Father and sole provider of the family.

On Monday December 15th 2025, on his way home from work, Rob was involved in a serious collision. The impact was severe resulting in a burst fracture of his L2 vertebra, a broken lower back. While we are incredibly lucky to still have him here with us, his entire families world has been turned upside down in an instant.

Anyone who knows Rob knows that he always puts his family first. He is the proud father of three beautiful children ages 4, 2, and 1. As the sole provider for the household, Rob works hard every single day to ensure his kids have everything they need. Now, he faces a very long and difficult road to recovery while his spine heals, where he will not be able to work for the foreseeable future.

With Christmas just days away, their focus has shifted from holiday celebrations to survival and healing. His partner, Brittany, is a stay-at-home mom to their three children, and will now also be stepping into the role of his full-time caregiver.

With Rob unable to work, they are facing the loss of their family's only income during his months of recovery. If recovery goes perfectly, he can possibly avoid surgery. Which means truly taking this time to heal, and not being able to assist in day to day life as usual.

The three little ones don't fully understand why their Papa is hurt, and we want to ensure their lives remain as stable and normal as possible while Rob fights this long battle on his road to recovery.

Finances should be the last thing Rob and Brittany have to worry about in this time of healing. This is the worst time of year to ask, but anything you can possibly give will truly help relieve some of the financial burden that not being able to work has put on these amazing parents, right before the most expensive time of the year.
