Save Chase's life

Hi my name is Susan and I am trying to raise money to save my Brothers Puppy from being put down. He's not even 1 yet. Recently Chase was diagnosed with Arthritis and Hip dysplasia. He needs surgery or they'll need to either put him to sleep or rehome him with someone who can afford the surgery. Their insurance will only pay out 3k. It's 3 grand each leg. That's a total of 6 grand and they just don't have that kind of money. They have an 8 year old girl who's very attached to the dog. As we all are. If he were to get put down it would break everyone's heart. The problems have came from the parent. Which the people they got chase from didn't disclose. He's a very sweet boy and like most puppies full of energy but now he's slowing down and will be in pain if he doesn't get the surgery. I really want him to stay in the family. We all do. I appreciate any contributions.
