I have started this fundraiser for a very special young lady who has recently received some terrible news. My girlfriend's 13 year old sister Emily has been diagnosed with Histiocytic Sarcoma, an extremely rare and aggressive cancer.
This has come as a complete shock to Emily and her entire family. Anyone who has met her knows that she is a very strong, fun-loving kid who is always up for an adventure.
We never saw this coming and being that this cancer is so aggressive we need to fight hard. She will be undergoing surgery within the next week and starting chemotherapy immediately. She has a very long road ahead of her.
I am asking for donations of any kind to help take the financial burden from her family at this trying time. We thank you for all of your prayers and support as we fight this battle together with Emily.
