Hello Friends! I've contributed to more of these than I would have liked. Now I need to make a gofundme for someone close. A couple weeks ago Lori Bateman went down hard on a descent near Long Barn. She suffered broken vertabrae, broken nose and lots of road rash. After an ambulance to Sonora Hospital, helicopter ride to Memorial, ambulance to Kaiser Sacramento and now currently residing in a Physical Therapy facility in Vallejo- Lori is learning to walk again. Not surprisingly, she is already talking about getting on the bike again.

Lori really could use our support at this time. Insurance is doing some but sadly, not enough. Please, let's come together as a community, a family, and help Lori focus on recovering from these injuries that could happen to any of us, at any time.
