Support Larry's Fight Against Cancer

**Hi everyone!**

I am Larry’s daughter, Nicole, and I’m reaching out to you during a very difficult time for my family. My dad has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer, and it's been devastating news for us to process.

Back in January, he began experiencing alarming choking fits while eating and drinking, leading to countless doctor visits, tests, biopsies, and ultimately this heartbreaking diagnosis. We discovered a large mass at the base of his tongue that has grown down his throat and spread into his lymph nodes, creating a challenging journey ahead for treatment.

Although the cancer is inoperable, there is hope through radiation and chemotherapy. He will begin radiation therapy five times a week for seven weeks, along with weekly chemotherapy sessions. Right now, our immediate focus is on getting a feeding tube installed, as maintaining proper nutrition and hydration has become increasingly difficult for him.

In addition to this recent diagnosis, my dad has been suffering from intense pain caused by spinal stenosis for the last few years, which forced him to retire much earlier than he anticipated. This condition significantly narrows the spinal canal, causing compression of the spinal cord and nerve roots, leading to difficulty walking and standing for long periods. He experiences numbness, tingling, and even a burning sensation in his legs and feet.

If you know my dad, you know he is a Godly man who loves his people deeply. He has been an overwhelming influence on my life, teaching me the value of friendship, how to be a light in others' lives, and how to walk with the Lord in my own way. I want to show him how loved he is and the incredible impact he has made on others. This man would give the shirt off his back to ensure his loved ones are cared for.
