Support for Simone

Hi, my name is Renata Linardi and I am fundraising for Simone Iwabe who is currently battling cancer.

Simone was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on January 9th and was admitted to the Temple University Hospital - Jeanes Campus the next day. She spent 30 (long) days at the hospital for her initial treatment.

She will need a second round of chemotherapy before she is ready to receive a bone marrow transplant!

With the incredible support of family and friends, Simone is positive and facing this battle head-on.

Cancer treatment is costly! Besides the medical expenses (which a lot has been covered by her health insurance), other costs add up. For example, the frequent trips (about 5h back and forth) for her doctor's appointments and exams.

If you can contribute to relieving some of Simone's financial stress, no amount is too small.
