For the majority of his five years, Jackson has had ongoing issues with slowed and haulted growth, continued vomiting and now severe headaches. He has been tested numerous times for multiple GI issues. Last Friday his GI specialist suggested he have an MRI before they placed a feeding tube to hopefully jump start his growth. This MRI changed everything. 

A mass was found in his brain which seems to be the cause of his continued symptoms. Although getting an answer to the many questions was welcomed, this was certaintainly not the answer we were hoping for. The tumor is in an operable place, but it is in a very dangerous location. Tests will be done after the proceedure to test for cancer and to determine long term care. Hearing this news is never easy to take but especially when a sweet little spunky five-year-old is involved. 

Amy, James and the rest of the family have asked for continued prayers and support through what is going to be a very long and difficult road. They are certainly not ones to ask for help but will be in dire need of it. As you can imagine, they will both be out of work for quite some time as they do everything in their power to get their little boy healthy. Medical insurance is wonderful but it only goes so far. They still will have ever mounting bills to pay and Jackson's little three-year-old sister, Jade, to care for. 

We are asking for any donations you feel in your heart to give. Every dollar makes a huge difference. Again, they are not one to ask for handouts but as their main priority has become getting their little boy through brain surgery, any donation will be greatly appreciated.
