As most of you have heard, Danny was in a terrible car accident early Tuesday morning on February 22.
Upon coming out of surgery, we were beyond relieved to hear that he does not have brain damage; however, he suffered serious injuries to his skull and face, and his brain is very bruised and swollen.
He has injured the frontal lobe of his brain, which regulates impulses, short-term memory, and key personality traits. So, his road to recovery is going to be long and difficult, both physically and mentally. With hard work and patience, he will one day be able to light up the room with his hysterical antics and contagious energy once again.
He will be undergoing a second surgery this week to replace the frontal bone of his skull, and re-attach his upper face to the rest of his skull.
We are creating this account to assist Danny in paying for his surgical bills, physical and psychological rehabilitation, and the time he is will spend out of work.
We are humbled by the outcry of love and support that we have received from his friends and family. We are so grateful that we have all of you to help us through this horrible experience.
