MY Healing quest to Mayo Clinic

My name is Carolyn Clanton. I have Peripheral Neuropathy and the Chronic pain and other symptoms that go with it. My Primary Care Physician and Neurologist have referred me to Mayo Clinic because I also have many other symptoms that they believe may be autoimmune, including migraine headaches, facial numbness with visual disturbance, swollen glands, loss of feeling in my hands and feet, ear ringing, loss of balance, tremors and temperature sensitivity.
Joplin and the surrounding area does not have the specialized doctors needed to diagnose rare conditions so both physicians believe I would be best served at Mayo Clinic where hopefully we will get answers quickly as symptoms have been progressing over a 10 year period and seem to be escalating more quickly over the past few years. Our goal would be to find out what disorder I have so I can be treated properly instead of symptomaticly. 
We would not only appreciate you help in financing this trip but helping to finance some of the copay. We would also ask that you could support us with your continued prayer.
